Large-scale cooking pressure braising pan "PUET"

The "PUET" is a pressure braising pan that performs five functions in one unit, reducing time costs and labor costs through quick cooking. With a high pressure of 0.45 bar applied to the ingredients, the internal temperature of the pan rises to 108°C. Cooking is completed approximately five times faster compared to a typical braising pan.
